Things You Need to Know
Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it. However if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
Damaged and faulty goods - please contact on receipt of the item(s) for a full refund or exchange -we may ask for evidence such as photos of the damage or fault .

All returns must be started within 14 days of the date of receipt of delivery. We do not accept returns started after 14 days or the item must be received back to us within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return please email customer service at Sales@GKRKids.com to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number
Once you have a RMA pop the item in its box ( original brand packaging ) we have provided a returns bag to use please make sure it is securely fastened. Returns cost is not included by us, we will only accept returns via a tracked service.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from receipt of your item to process your return
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to show on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you when your return has been processed.
SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent out ,in the original box, with tags or labels, unworn, no signs of wear, tear or use. Clothing in its original packaging with tags and labels with no sign of stretch, wear, tear or stains.
Books no sign of use, torn pages, pop out sections unsecured, battery tabs removed, signs of wear on the spine no pen, pencil, crayon or other marks.
